           been  doing  leg  swings  for,  like…
           forever!
           Great! So now that you know that
           the  Pendulum  Rock  is  just  leg
           swings, we're ready to move on to
           part 2, "Rock the Hip” to kick.


           Have you ever watched someone who intends to do a high kick
           lean back first in preparation for the kick? Most of us started out
           preparing for a kick this way, and many still do. The drawback of
           doing a kick this way is that it's not being corrected by the teacher
           and so it also propagates as a correct kick preparation.
           This method is like putting a weight on one side of a scale to have
           it balanced once the item to be weighed is placed on the other
