hung my own small piece of cloth
from my bedroom ceiling light to
try to find out why.
Now I’m not sure if I ever
discovered why Bruce punched at
his piece of cloth, but mine helped
me to discover a way to develop
“Reflexive Speed”.
Reflexes are a reaction caused by some sort of stimuli. To react
without thinking! Usually a defensive reaction.
This small piece of cloth helped me to develop not only Reflexive
Speed but Reflexive Attacking Speed!
