This month, we have covered habitats of animals and plants, where learners explored various
climatic conditions and comparison of different habitats. The learners were asked to draw a
habitat for frogs. They were also encouraged to prepare a project on the habitat of a fish.
Global Perspective

In Global perspectives, we dealt with the topics related to health, and personal hygiene. The
learners were taught the benefits of being healthy, and learnt about the eat well plate and the
different portions of food that needs to be taken on a regular basis. They also came to know about
the unhealthy food items which should be avoided.
Hindi

LO- able to read and write Matra words from the puzzle
Matra word Puzzle: Learners are able to identify the Matra words from the worksheet and list
them down.

French
Learners were introduced to the French culture and civilization. Knowing the culture of a country
is important when learning the language of that country. Therefore, learners learnt different facts
about France like the continent where France is situated, its capital etc.
ICT

An online painting platform abcya_paint (advanced) was introduced where in the students of
grade 2 could learn their mouse handling skills. They were able to draw some creative paintings
on the computers. Learners could also compare the pros and cons of the topic- Computer Vs
Human. An Online Quiz was also conducted on the same.
