LO: Primary checkpoint revision
The learners had a revision and tests for assuring their preparedness for the primary
checkpoint. The learners solved checkpoint pattern worksheets and past papers every day
following the discussion of the answers which helped the learners to have greater insight about

the types of questions and how they are expected to answer them. Discussed different
strategies and techniques to be followed in the exam. They also had their checkpoint Mock
Assessment to familiarise the learners with checkpoint papers and ensure their comfort ability
in solving them. They had doubt clarification sessions to clarify their doubts.
Social Science

The new session has begun with loads of enthusiasm and curiosity among the learners with
regard to social science. Learner’s previous knowledge was being checked through a few
questions.
Learners expressed their joy of interacting with the Social facilitator with the new ideas.
The new academic session commenced with the Bridge course including basic Mapping skills,
Online quizzes of states and capitals and various activities…. It was fun all around exploring
Social Sciences together.
Grade 7

English
LO: To facilitate the learner to articulate experience and express what is thought, felt and
imagined through story writing.
"Storytelling is the most powerful way to put ideas into the world today"; believes Robert
McKee. English sessions for the new academic year began with this intention in mind; to
prepare the future generation to put their ideas in the right order through stories. The learners
navigated through the core elements of a story, analysing why each one of them is relevant.
Activities clubbed with feedback sessions boosted their confidence and gave them the right
vision. Many a time, the facilitator was thrilled by the amount of ideas that the learners shared
with the group.
Math- Bridge Course

LO: Collecting like terms
The learners of grade 7 took interest in creating patterns that helped them in collecting the like
terms.
