1. System sensors assembly

a. Considering that the system was built with safety in mind, monitoring motion is one of the most
important functions of the PLC. The system incorporates several kinds of sensing devices that
monitor moving parts and provide feedback to the PLC to respond accordingly. Such devices
focus on position, collision and safety limits. This document describes how to assemble them.
b. Top column position sensors may require a ladder

2. Parking position sensors - Lateral side

a. There are two parts to this sensor a
fixed actuator attached to the top of
each column and an actuator that
moves with the lateral c-arm.

b. The fixed actuator is mounted on the top
of the lateral column at approximately
6.0cm from the top edge attached with
X2 (M6x16) bolts

c. The movable actuator attached to lateral

c-arm is attached using X3 (M6x16)
bolts.
