Pleased to see the eagerness in Tom’s eyes, Dan started explaining his interactions and

learnings with Ron from the very beginning.

2 hours later Dan finished by explaining the Dan’s Triangle of Relationships and the

Conflict square. He was mindful of Tom’s nonverbals that continuously conveyed that he was

fully engaged with Dan. He listened keenly; His questions, wherever he wanted a clarification,

were short, sharp, and pertinent.

“I have always thought that you and I have similar operating styles. This was further

reinforced by the recent self-awareness that I have acquired through my new knowledge and

learnings.” Dan paused briefly, “I am not sure if you agree with my assessment, but I firmly

believe that these will help you as much as they have helped me in the past few weeks.”

As Dan finished speaking, he handed Tom the summary of learning that he had completed

last night at home.
