“I can’t thank you enough Dan. Past 2 hours have been most valuable and have given me

excellent insights. I now need to internalize them.” He paused, hesitated as he chose his words

carefully, “This should not surprise you Dan when I say that I hold you in extremely high

esteem. I had never thought that we both have similar operating styles as I have not really

been aware of mine. But as you were talking today, I could see shades of me in many areas.”

“In the past few weeks, we have all noticed huge change in you, for the better. Everyone

feels positive about it.” “Now that I know the cause, your learnings have become even more

meaningful and valuable for me.”

“Excellent.” Said Dan, “I am glad you have noticed the change. I am confident that you

too can make similar positive change. Let us meet next week Monday, same time. Thanks for
