The Deliver Phase
Design Methodology Sitemap
The creation of a user scenario was done to frame the key goals and
user needs. Two user task flows were generated, showing the necessary
steps required for parents to reach their goal of donating and reserving
toys when interacting with the final solution. A sitemap of the website
artefact was drawn up to understand the high level flow of the site.

User Task 2
She opens the campaign website on her mobile phone to learn
more and begins to look through the selection of preloved toys.
Reserve a Toy on the website
She would like to reserve a couple of toys ahead of the event so
that her children come home with something suitable. She learns
that she can gain credit against the reserved toys for each donat-
ed toy. She gathers the unused toys in her home that she’d like to
donate and wants to upload these to the website.
