The Deliver Phase
Mid Fidelity Prototype
Homepage Menu Donate a Toy
From the feedback, an iterated mid fidelity version
was then created. It was built using Figma and fo-
cused on the 3 key functionalities required for user
participation: 1 Knowing how it works, 2 Donating a toy
and 3 Reserving a toy. From the low fidelity feedback
some iterations were made...
Key User Functionality 1 - Donate a Toy 3
1. 100% of participants felt pain points at the toy donation
stage when they presumed they could upload multiple
toys at once. Action taken: clearer prompts and wording 2
was iterated to reflect 1 toy donation/upload per form.
2. Action taken: A button to allow the user the option to
donate more toys has been added to the confirmation
page.

3. 100% of users chose to fast track by continuing as a
guest, so the email page is an important step to provide
as an option for those who don’t want to set up an ac-
count. Action taken: The school event location has been
added to this page so it is closer to related content.
4. Action taken: Content provided for the “How It Works”
section on the homepage now allows the user to famil-
iarise themselves with how to participate. Placing this
on landing page allows the user to be informed from
the start.
