                          1.  Functionality allowing users to filter based on the condi-
                              tion of a toy, helps reduce stressors with negative per-
                              ceptions and provide upfront quality assurance.

                              functionality works post task, allowing the user to be

                          3.  100% of users chose to fast track by continuing as a
                              guest, so for those who don’t want to set up an account,

                              is accessible from the top bar, enabling the user to add

                              multiple toys to a reservation list and access it at any
                              stage before confirming or checking the items out.

                          4.  Action taken: Added a continue shopping button to al-
                              low the user further options to reserve multiple items.


                          5.  Action taken: Provided content for the “How It Works”
                              section on the homepage allowing the user to quickly
                              familiarise themselves with how they can participate.
