Chapter 4 Develop
Overview
To address the refined problem statement uncovered from the define stage,
potential solutions need to be birthed. In doing so the study undertook the next
step in the double diamond approach: - Develop . This process opens again to a
diverge pattern where I needed to explore ideas.
Idea Generation is the third stage in the double diamond approach. It is a
creative process where many ideas are generated in sessions to address the
problem statement in a non-judgmental way (Interaction Design Foundation,
n.d.).
