                                 User Feedback Methodology


                    Face-to-Face Qualitative Testing was done amongst four (4) older
                    adults as the size option needs to be shown to them.

                    Actual reference size options were shown and provided to respondents
                           •   Brochure: A5 paper and DL paper
                           •   Gratitude Card: 89mm x 51mm and 89mm x 102mm
