In relation to the Hypothesis ...
80-100% said they will engage in the service with 100% of older adults interested to join
TheGOODNEIGHBOUR. One Interesting finding is the high appreciation for the gratitude card even
amongst the younger adults. One said that she will feel a more genuine and heartfelt connection to the
receiver/giver of it and would like to get/give more of it. Older adults felt the same way. Some even
mentioned that they may not even look for the points equivalent on shops. As the designer of the card,
this was the original intent and was glad to hear it from the interviews as it is spot on.
