Cross-analysis of observation data and interview data
By combining observational data with interview data for analysis, I can get a more comprehensive understanding of users' real navigation pain points
and needs from two perspectives. By combining the two for analysis, I can verify whether users mentioned special problems in the interviews, and also
find some problems that the interviewees may have overlooked in the interviews.
