In June 2021, Vingroup is proud of being local conglomerate in Vietnam which successfully

completed a contractual agreement to Breathonix , Singapore firm to possess a COVID-19 breath
test system with approximately US$20 billion. Vingroup would present these testing machines to
Ministry of Health upon its arrivals in Vietnam for medical uses including 30 machines and
disposable mouthpieces attached. Breathonix is highly supported sector for its product by the
National University of Singapore’s (NUS) Graduate Research Innovation Program (see in Exhibit
7). The Breathonix BreFence Go COVID-19 breath test system provides diagnostic industry with
their core values as “Affordable, Accurate and Non-Invasive Breath Test for Disease Detection”.
This machine takes just one breath for testing rather than using a swab thrust up your nose, and

then passes into a mass spectrometer, and continuously the breath is analyzed for volatile organic
compounds (VOC) or biomarkers that specify the level of infection results.

In August 2021, Conglomerate Vingroup (Vietnam) and Arcturus Therapeutics medicines
biotechnology company (US) have completely signed an agreement for the transfer of mRNA

COVID-19 vaccine production technology . As grant permissions offered by Arcturus
Therapeutics, an affiliate VinBioCare under Vingroup expects to produce our first vaccine batches
named as VBC-COV19-154 by early 2022, with approximate total of 200 million doses per year.

In September 2021, a VinBigData engineering member - Nguyen Ba Dung, Medical Imaging
Center under Vingroup has just become the first Vietnamese winner of the global COVID-19 AI

Detection Competition named as SIIM-FISABIO-RSNA Covid-19 Detection. As a significant
involvement to national defection of coronavirus, Mr. Dung also shared his expectation to
contribute to the health-related fight about his AI model in the competition “Currently, COVID-
19 can be diagnosed via polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to detect genetic material from the virus
or chest radiograph. PCR is highly accurate but takes from a few hours to a few days to produce
results. On the contrary, chest X-ray can be obtained in minutes at a much cheaper cost than a test
kit”. Additionally, the large efforts has surpassed through more than 1,300 team with multinational
competitors from well-established technological organization as Google, Aillis, Nvidia and Kyoto
