reducing in workload of testing result procedure.

In September 2021, Vinschool under Vingroup also created more online programs and
activities to schools of all levels from Kindergarten to High school within Vingroup education
system. Since all students of Vinschool are always prioritized their well-being and safety during
COVID-19 pandemic so that they can be assured to be learnt in an enjoyable environment
regardless of situations. To be in progress of this assurance, Vinschool introduced their program
as #Bewell with a series of attractive videos and appealing contents to parents and students. In
addition, a variety of relevant topics is explored to gain the useful knowledge from parents and
their children including (1) nine tips to maintain physical healthy while studying at home, (2) tips

of Internet safety and education quality for Vinsers of all ages in online learning environment, and
(3) tips to limit and prevent risks for Vinsers in online interactions during their children’s learning,
discovery and development (see links attached in Exhibit 8). To be remarkably, in this September,
Vingroup Innovation Foundation (VinIF) – a pioneer private foundation under Vingroup, has just
granted 30 Postdoctoral Research scholarships (Postdoc) with a total of 11 billion VND in the
research field of Science and Technology. Next, “Vietnam is entering a period of strong
development in Science and Technology, but many young talents after returning home to continue
their careers have not found suitable positions, incomes and opportunities. In order to contribute
to solving the issue of “brain drain” and building a comprehensive academic and research
community, VinIF decided to launch a postdoctoral scholarship program. We hope to partially
support young doctors to continue pursuing their passions, especially attracting overseas PhD

students to come back to work in Vietnam” , Prof. Vu Ha Van, Scientific Director of the
Vingroup Innovation Foundation and Vingroup Big Data Institute shared. Recently, on November
th
24 2021, VinIF as the third year of implementation held a ceremony to announce the award
scholarships to master’s and doctor’s candidates in Vietnam via online platform with total values
of 40 billion VND. VinIF gradually enlarged their scholarship and training program scale to
nurture the outstanding resources in science and technology sector back to our country for
contribution.

In December 2021, VinBus Ecology Transport Services Limited Liability Company (VinBus)
– a subsidiary of Vingroup, has officially launched the first group of smart electronic bus on the
streets in Ha Noi, the north of Vietnam. VinBus is well-known as the first type of electronic bus
model which operated in Vietnam and used friendly environmental and green energy for its
movement. Also, the launching of this vehicle model is expressed “the electric buses marked a
new step of the city’s bus system and contributed to the building of a green transport system” –
said Mr. Nguyen Manh Quyen, Deputy Chairman of the city’s People Committee at the ceremony.
Prior to this launching, the bus system has been experimental in the first phase of service by only
internal use in April at the Vinhomes Ocean Park urban area, Gia Lam District, Ha Noi. In
addition, the initial bus has been used in the completion process of operation procedure in order
to connect with the nation’s transportation infrastructure for better routes. Continuously, VinBus

has utilized their smart e-bus system with green energy consumption on October 25 , in Phu Quoc
Island, a beautiful pearl island in the South of Vietnam. Also, the first stage of VinBus offers the
limited every-30-minute routes to only connect Phu Quoc United center and Vinpearl (hotel and
