Abstract

Vingroup is one of the largest private groups in Vietnam. Participating in any industry proves
its role as a pioneer and a leader for change, keeping up with consumer trends in the market, and
providing products and services with international standards. The company has enhanced its brand
distinction by delivering their prominent values at its Vincom shopping malls and Vincom Village
residential areas with affluent customers. Vingroup formerly started out as a food-processing
company known as Technocom Corporation, founded by Vuong in Ukraine in 1993. The company
was moved to Vietnam in 2000 as Vuong wished to contribute to the development of his home
country with two key brands: Vincom and Vinpearl. During 2012, Vincom Joint Stock Company
merged with Vinpearl Joint Stock Company and officially operated under the Group model under
the name of Vingroup – Joint Stock Company. In 2013, he became the first Vietnamese to make

Introduction

Currenrtly, Vingroup JSC is a Vietnam-based company engaged in three main areas as
residential real estate, investment and operations. It is also well-known as a Vietnamese top
leading business in real estate sector and engages their market offerings in wide range projects of
investment and general administrative services as Sales of Inventory Properties; Leasing
Investment Properties and Related Services; Hospitality, Entertainment, and Related Services;
Health Care and Related Services; Education and Related Services; Retail Services; and Others.
Vingroup penetrates their real estate properties significantly these years, including apartments,
commercial, office and residential buildings and villas, or rendering related services at investment
properties for lease and for sale. Another sector in Vingroup also delivers healthcare products and
services via the successful execution of Vinmec international general hospital, as well as
educational services through the institutions of Vinschool system, VinUniversity and Vinacademy
of the group. In high level of involvement, the company enlarges their enrichment of technique

and technology in VinFast automobiles and VinSmart mobile phones, and further research and
development projects via VinTech group companies. As the core benefits of wealth and well-being
in hospitality, they are well-functioned in tourism and lodging practitioners as Vinpearl hotels and
resorts, and restaurants; Vinpearl golf course, and VinWonders amusement and water parks,
Vinpearl Safari conservational park owned by the group. The others segments covered by the
provision of management, construction system, security, agriculture, trading wooden goods and
other services. Vingroup has the vision provided as “Vingroup aims to develop into a leading
