           1.  Hypersensitivity

           2.  Idiopathic sub aortic stenosis

           1.  Increased heart rate


           2.  Increased blood pressure.
           3.  Ventricular ectopic activity.


           4.  Nervousness
           5.  Headache.


           6.  Nausea and vomiting,

           7.  Palpitations.

           8.  Low platelet counts (thrombocytopenia).

           9.  Swelling at the injection site.

           10. Chest pain (angina),

           11. Shortness of breath, and trouble breathing.

           12. Rare hypokalemia

            A. Main action:

            These drugs help blood vessels to relax and open. They are used to lower blood pressure

            and to improve blood flow to the heart muscle and other organs
