METHOD OF STATIC BALANCING OF CERTAIN

BODIES OF ROTATION Unfortunately, in our production reality,

in particular on machine-building enterprises,
an unsightly picture is observed during
the operation of machines and units, in the
kinematics of which there are elements that require periodic balancing during operation. These
include grinding and grinding machines, grinding and grinding machines and floor ventilation
dust-collecting units such as ZIL-900 M.

The trouble with these machines and units is one: the persons
responsible for operation (shop management) and scheduled maintenance
of equipment (OGM of the enterprise) are more than indifferent to the
issues of periodic balancing of bodies of rotation, present in them. From
here we have rumbling and vibrating grinding and grinding machines
(hereinafter - sharpeners) in production facilities and (in conjunction
with them) industrial vacuum cleaners. The reason, in particular, is the
imbalance of the grinding wheels on the shaft of sharpeners and fans of
industrial vacuum cleaners. This leads to the inevitable destruction of the
bearings and to the deformation of the rotor shafts of electric motors and
the need for unscheduled repairs of such machines and units.
