                  Purpose
                  An  employee’s  pay  may  change  depending  on

                  manager's  discretion  on  employee  performance  and

                  retention.



                  Applicability

                  DSM and RSM will be able to take the necessary steps to
                  properly train and prepare agents for a higher position.



                  Responsibilities

                  Sales agents- excelling in their current role and may

                  express interest in being promoted to a position higher.

                  DSM- in charge of training agents to excel in their
                  current role and prepare them for higher positions.

                  RSM- in charge of providing guidance to agents and

                  DSMs if either one wants to advance from their current

                  position.
