FLEET AUDIT
Purpose
Fleet maintenance is a process to maintain vehicles.
Applicability
DSMs will have guidelines to follow to maintain vehicles.
Prerequisites
Access to Fleetio app.
Responsibilities
DSM- in charge of maintaining the vehicle according
to the standards set by the Facilities department and
must complete their monthly audits in a timely
manner.
RSM- in charge of maintaining the vehicle according
to the standards set by the Facilities department and
must complete their monthly audits in a timely
manner.. Facilities- in charge of reviewing the audits
to ensure DSM/RSMs are maintaining vehicles
appropriately.
