SECTION 6—EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITIES

            6.1 LICENSING AND CERTIFICATION

A-Max Auto Insurance and its affiliates are required by law to attain certification of any employee whose duties require
federal, state, or agency licensing. Therefore, all individuals that fall under this category must be able to present verifiable
proof prior to their starting date that such requirements have been met and/or successfully complete training, testing, and
application requirements within 90 days of hire to avoid disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Employees must also agree that their licenses and/or certifications will be maintained and kept current for the duration of
their employment with the Company. Failure to present or retail certification may result in disciplinary action, up to and
              including termination of employment.

            6.2 PERSONAL CONDUCT AND APPEARANCE

A‐MAX Auto Insurance maintains a policy of a professional business style dress code. Personal appearance reflects overall
cleanliness, good grooming and professional identity. Employees contribute to the corporate culture and reputation of our
company in the way they present themselves. A professional appearance is essential to a favorable impression with
customers. The Company believes employees should dress for success.

All employees are required to wear appropriate clothing on the job. Every employee is expected to be neat and well-
groomed in appearance and to practice good personal hygiene habits. Appropriate attire should be clean and neat with no
frayed edges, holes, tears, stain(s) or excessive wrinkles. Extremes in clothing, hairstyles, makeup or jewelry, should be
avoided. Managers may exercise discretion to determine appropriateness in appearance. Employees who do not meet a
professional standard may be sent home to change. Some basic essentials of appropriate dress include the wearing of socks
or proper undergarments and the need for clothing to be neat and clean. It is impossible and undesirable to define an
absolute code for fragrances and other supplementary dress code considerations, A-MAX will apply a rule of reason on a
              case‐by‐case basis.

The company provides shirts bearing the Company’s logo, which employees are expected to wear each Friday and Saturday.
These shirts must be worn in the same appropriate manner and with care taken to ensure the shirts are wrinkle free. Any
staff member who does not meet the standards of this policy will be subject to corrective action, which may include being
required to leave the premises. Staff members will not be compensated for any work time missed because of failure to
comply with this policy. The company may provide badges, ribbons, buttons or other accessories with the Company’s logo
or marketing info, which employees will be expected to wear as assigned.
