LEADERSHIP


                                                       TRAINING










                Purpose


                To provide training to employees in a managerial role.

                Applicability


                The  class  will  provide  employees  with  the  skill  sets  to  become  a  better

                manager.


                Prerequisites


                Managerial  role  (Office  Manager  or  Asst.  Manager)  or  DSM


                recommendation

                Responsibilities


                    VP of L&D will facilitate employees leadership skills to be a manager






        Procedure:

        An HOD, DSM, or Employee can request to attend the leadership training course. Prior

        to attending the Leadership training course, an employee must have completed

        Foundation for Management to attend class. Agent enrolls in class offered 1-2 times a

        year. The class is for 11 weeks and meets once a week.




        As part of the curriculum, the facilitator will show a video every week and facilitate

        Q&A sessions afterwards with the students. The students must attend 9 out of the 11
        classes in order to complete the course. Exams are not part of the course but a reward

        is given at the end for participation. The VP of L&D should keep documentation of class

        completion for each student.
