LIMITED LINES PRE-

LICENSE FOLLOW UP

Purpose

To assist agents who do not pass the Limited Lines (LL) Practice test

Applicability

This process is primarily for agents who do not pass the LL Practice Exam,

or who do not pass the LL Official Exam, but anyone can self-enroll if they

want.

Prerequisites

Agents should have attempted, and not passed, the LL Practice Exam or

LL Official Exam to be eligible for the follow up.

Responsibilities

Limited Lines Training Facilitator has primary responsibility for the

follow up process

HR Operations Partners will inform the LL Training Facilitator of any

agent who does not pass the Official LL exam so that the follow up

process can begin. The HR Operations Partners will inform the VP of

Talent Development and the appropriate DSM/RSM of any agent who

does not pass the LL Official Exam after the 30 days-after-hire time

limit to determine their eligibility for continued employment with the

Company.

Procedure:

For agents who struggle with passing the practice and/or official LL exam, a
follow up process is used to offer additional assistance. The follow up process
includes access to training materials in A-MAX/ALPA University that agents

can complete at their own pace. The course is called “Limited Lines Pre-
licensing Self-Study”.
