NEW AGENT
OPT-OUT EXAM
All new agents are automatically assigned to attend NAT, and receive email invitations,
regardless of whether a request for exemptio n is made.
Once the request for an Opt-out is received, the NAT Facilitator approves or denies the
request based on meeting the eligibility criteria.
If approved, the NAT Facilitator enrolls the agent in the Opt-out
assessment module in A-MAX Univ ersity.

The NAT Facilitator notifies the agent and DSM/RSM via email that receives
the agent has been enrolled; where to find the assessment; that it notification
must be completed before 10:00 AM on the day it was assigned; only that the agent
