NEW AGENT
ONBOARDING
Pre- Agents and their DSM/RSM receive a Zoom invitation in their
Onboarding email for the virtual NAT the week prior to their start day.
Agents attend NAT training for 2 days on the first Monday of
their employment start date. Agents can begin their LMS-
Week 1/ based training as soon as they have access to their account,
Day 1-2
but most do not begin working on self-paced courses until
Day 2.
Agents attend Pre-license training if they do not have an
Week 1/ active Limited Lines or Property and Casualty license, and
Day 3-4
take a practice test.
Week 2/ Complete A-MAX compliance courses and any other assigned
Day 1-2 trainings (i.e. IPro, gPlex).
Week 2/ Review opening, closing, and safety procedures in AMU.
Day 3-5 Day 5- 2 Week touch point by L&D
Complete all One Ecosystem training in AMU; Top 3 Carrier
Week 3/ Courses; Successful Selling Training; Complete the 15 day
Day 1-5
NAT follow-up survey
Week 4/ Carrier and Underwriting courses; Customer Service &
Day 1-5 Empathy courses in AMU Self Directed Learning
