NEW AGENT


                                           ONBOARDING







         Procedure:
         New  Agent  Onboarding  (NAO)  is  designed  to  welcome  new  agents  to  A-MAX,

         introduce  them  to  technology  applications  that  they  will  use,  provide  virtual
         training for their job role, and conclude with self-paced LMS-based job role training
         courses.  Follow  up  opportunities  are  also  utilized  in  the  process  to  check  in  on
         agents to provide support and encouragement for success.
