RESETTING PASSWORD

                                       FOR FIRST-TIME USERS &


                                   USERS WHO FORGOT THEIR

                                           SECURITY QUESTIONS







           If a first-timer user's access has expired

           or is not operating properly, or if an
           agent has forgotten their security
           questions you can reset their password
           by going to your AdminZone.









           Select Users from the left navigation bar








           Identify the user you want to assist. For
           identification purposes, you will need to
           use either their full name or their 4-digit

           agent  ID  number,  and  type  it  in  the
           search  field.  Their  information  will
           appear below.




           Scroll down to the bottom of the page
           and you will see the Password reset
           field.  Follow the Password rules.
           Currently we use the password

           Welcome1!
           Then click Save.
