                       EVALUATE COURSES









            1             Each January and June, learning paths will be reviewed. These will

                          incorporate any adjustment to business goals, and be conducted by


                          all parties involved in the training program






                          Throughout  the  year,  based  on  input  from  various  sources,
            2             something may highlight a need for adjustment in a training process.


                          This type of informal evaluation is an ongoing and fluid process, so
                          the L&D team gathers information from all available sources to make

                          the necessary adjustments.





                          Changes in business arise on a regular basis, so based on input from
            3             operations, new programs are created, or old training programs are

                          adjusted to resolve business needs. One Ecosystem is an example of
                          changes in operational processes that required extensive adjustment

                          or development of training programs.





                         Axonify  is  our  learning  platform  that  continually  tracks  learners’
           4             performance  on  tasks.  When  activities  are  mastered,  the  system


                         indicates that additional training material needs to be implemented.
                         This  feature  allows  the  L&D  team  to  personalize  the  skill  levels  of
                         learners to the specific learning needs of the business.
