                 Purpose

                 To  ensure  core  courses  are  reviewed  for  relevance  and  learner


                 engagement annually or as requested


                 Applicability

                 Prerequisites


                 Knowledge of business performance expectations

                 Responsibilities


                      VP of L&D has primary responsibility for coordinating changes in


                      business needs to adjustments in learning goals and processes

                      Instructional Designers (IDs) has responsibility for incorporating


                      adjustments into the LMS-based learning programs

                      L&D Partners offer insight into the changes that might be made in


                      the learning programs based on feedback and adjust instructor-


                      led training programs as needed




               Procedure:
               To ensure that all of the core courses in the employees’ various learning
               paths  are  relevant  to  the  business,  and  create  positive  learner

               engagement,  the  material  must  be  reviewed  on  a  regular  basis.  The

               review  process  may  change  based  on  business  needs,  and  primarily
               courses in the required learning paths will be formally reviewed.
