NEW AGENT
ONBOARDING
Purpose
To welcome new agents to A-MAX and introduce them to the company and
their job role
Applicability
All new-hire agents and rehire agents who have been gone from the
Company for more than 90 days
Agents who are rehired after being gone from the Company between 91 days
and 6 months have the opportunity to take an Opt-out exam to be exempt
from some of the NAO requirements.
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites for the New Agent Onboarding process
Responsibilities
L&D New Agent Training (NAT) facilitator is the main point of contact for
this program
LMS Administrator is a point of contact for any issues that an agent may
have with accessing the LMS
Licensing and Successful Sales facilitators provide instruction for
licensing and the Successful Selling courses
HR Operations Partners provide information to L&D for new hires
(starting dates, office locations, etc.)
IT Services Technicians create login information and troubleshoot
technology issues for agents
