PRE-LICENSE

                                              TRAINING

Agents with the following status are exempt from LL pre-license training:

Any agent who has an active LL or P&C license

Any agent whose role does not require a license (e.g. some payment specialists)

An agent with a LL or P&C license that has been expired for less than one year.

*If the license has expired for less than 1 year, then the agent is typically able to reinstate it. The HR
Operations Partners can determine who is eligible for reinstatement of the license, and will assist with the

             reinstatement process.

Agents with the following status are required to attend LL pre-license training:

             Any unlicensed agent

An agent with only an active County Mutual license

An agent with a LL or P&C license that has been expired for more than 1 year

An agent with a temporary license that has been sponsored by another insurance

             company

Anyone with an insurance license other than LL or P&C (e.g. health or life insurance

             license)

Agents who are required to attend the LL pre-license training are scheduled for

attendance on the first Wednesday and Thursday of each training week after the

          agent’s start date.

Agents, their DSMs, and RSMs, receive a training invitation 2 days before the LL

training course with a virtual training link and attachments of needed materials.
