               4.2.   Seat Registration Process.

               CC  Seat  registration  requires  Seat  Activation  Code.  An  agent  should  ask  respective  manager  or
               administrator  for  his/her  individualized  CC  Seat  Activation  Code.  The  CC  Seat Activation Code  is  to  be
               entered in the Softphone followed by pressing ‘Enter’ as shown below.   You now will see the seat number
               appearing on the right indicating that the Seat Registration Process is complete:











               Note:  Seat registration in a onetime process so long the seat continues to use the softphone.

               4.3.   Agent Registration Process.

               A CC Agent may register at any registered CC Seat. Every CC Agent is provided with a 5-digit PIN.  To
               register as a CC agent, one must enter * followed by his/her PIN in the Softphone and press ‘Enter’ as
               shown  below.  You  now  will  see  ‘blinking’  Red  bar  at  the  right  bottom  indicating  that  the  Agent
               Registration Process is complete.











               5.   Use of the Softphone.

               5.1.   Change Default Status of Agent from Busy to Ready:

               On registration the default status of an agent is ‘Busy’ indicated by the blinking Red bar at the bottom
               right. To start receiving incoming calls the default status must be changed to ‘Ready’ by entering the code
               *10 as shown below (the blinking Red bar at right bottom turns solid Green):
