Web Based Call Control (Using Computer)
After login click ‘Call Control’ button to generate your 5-digit activation code (xx-xxx).
Dial the 5-digit code using your Softphone. Now your seat is ready for normal call center related
operations BUT not yet ready for receiving calls.
Once logged on you will see below screen with the Bluer Call Control Bar. Initially on login your status
will be shown as ‘Busy’ in red on the right hand side of the Call Control Bar.
Click on the red Busy button on the Call Control Bar to change your status to ‘Ready’. Below screen shows
your seat is ‘Ready’ for receiving calls:
