5.2. Auxiliary (AUX) Agent Statuses and Status Change Codes. A registered agent may change his/her
AUX status at any time using different codes for different reasons as listed below:

Example of changing AUX to ACW:
5.3. Make Outgoing Calls. A registered CC agent may make outgoing calls by entering the phone
number in the Softphone and clicking the Green ‘phone’ icon (it turns Red when call is in progress) as
shown below:
