100 The Unforgettable Moments in Life

I remember my mother telling me a story about herself and my aunt and grandmother

when she was a teenager. This story took place at a McDonald's drive-thru in Memphis,

Tennessee. My family went to get something to eat after a long day of school shopping. They

waited and waited for like an hour and then it was their time to order. When they got to the

window my mom and aunt didn't know what they were eating. My grandmother grew impatient

and was tired at this point. It had been a long day and they had a long drive back home. So she

asked them what they wanted one more final time and when they didn't answer she “floored it”.

My mom said, “it felt like they were in the new Fast and Furious.”

To this day, my mom is still adventurous, outgoing, and a very kind person.
