128 The Unforgettable Moments in Life
Sometimes we give the leftovers to the cats in the backyard. But other times she’ll try to keep us
a little bit later and tell us to take the scraps to our dog. Nini and my mom will start to argue that
the dog doesn't need that, but we always end up taking the scraps to my beautiful brown and
white dog.
When we leave my house to go to my other grandparents' house, we always end up
forgetting something. My little brother, Connor, would say "Turn around I forgot….” and say
whatever he forgot. We will turn around and he'll grab whatever it is, making us at least 10
minutes late every time. When we get there my Grandma says “You're late." We'll act like she's
not even there. But we always have a ton of fun and sleep on the way home.
