Christmas In a Hotel

Everyone must have a Christmas tradition such as putting up lights with mom and dad,
Secret Santa with friends and family, or even drinking hot cocoa and talking about our favorite
moments with our families, but Mrs. Bramwell’s Christmas tradition is very different!
When Mrs. Bramwell was 7 or 8 years old, she and her family would go to a hotel every
Christmas Eve. They would go out and
see the Christmas lights, then her dad
would stop by a hotel and rent a room
for the family. Mrs. Bramwell and her
family would sit inside the hotel’s hot
tub, order pizza, and play board games.
Once she and her family were done
having fun in the hot tub, they would go
back up to their room and get ready to go on a walk to Steak n Shake, which was near the hotel
they were sleeping at on Christmas Eve. After getting back from Steak n Shake, they would have
a family dinner night. She and her brothers would wear matching pajamas her mother bought.
Right when it was their bedtime, Mrs. Bramwell and her brothers would stay up that whole night
just to watch a Christmas movie. As a little girl, she would stay up with her brothers until six in
the morning.
Mrs. Bramwell and her brothers would wake her parents up to leave the hotel and go
back home. Once they arrived home, they would get ready to open presents and see what was
