process. For Package-3 (T-3 & T-5) opening of tender is scheduled on 30.04.2020.
Financial Progress of ` 1434 Crore (including GST) has been achieved during this
nancial year. This is ` 131 Crore (10.05%) higher than last year's nancial progress of
` 1303 Crore (Including GST). This is the highest ever progress achieved in a single
nancial year so far by KRCL.

6.2 Construction of 8 numbers of new crossing stations and 7 numbers of additional
loop lines

The project was approved by Ministry of Railways vide Railway Board letter
No.2014/PL/50/15 dated 18.04.2016 under Capital Budget 2015-16 for a total cost of
` 73.27 Crore for construction of 8 nos. of additional loop lines and ` 149.41 Crore for
construction of 11 nos. of new crossing stations. The work for construction of 8 nos. of
new crossing stations and 7 nos. of additional loop lines is in progress and 90% work is
completed up to March 2020. All the 35 minor/major bridges are completed. Track linking
work of 19.3 km is completed. In the nancial year 2019-20, four additional loop lines
work at Murdeshwar, Vaibhavwadi, Anjani and Adavali are completed and
commissioned. Cumulative six additional loop lines are commissioned till date. Finance
booking achieved for the year 2019-2020 is ` 51.54 Crore against MOU target of ` 40
Crore.
