The next approach to the workflow would be to overlap Stages 1, 2, 3 + 4 as This would allow earlier submission of any change of use application required to the
demonstrated below. Stage 5 would continue to run sequentially following successful LPA as scenario 1 but also provide an earlier route to submitting secondary applications
completion of Stage 3 + 4. (such as Advertisement, Listed Building etc) to the LPA. The limitation of this process
is that any discharge of condition applications which may be required cannot be
completed until the original approval is in place.
