       Task interval selection
       Whether the HT task be a restoration or a discard, the method for calculating the task interval is the
       same. As previously stated, the interval must be based on the wear out characteristics of the asset
       type.
       The selection of a suitable task interval will depend on the consequences and organisation for whom
       RCM is being applied. As a guide:
