Grounds Committee: It shall be the duty of the Grounds Committee to
      establish and enforce rules as it deems beneficial for the proper conduct of
      its members in the use of grounds, subject to the approval and ratification
      of the Board of Directors. The Grounds Committee shall advise club
      management and the Board of Directors of the satisfaction of the
      membership’s use of the grounds, the quality and playability of the golf
      courses and to propose any future changes of utilization of the grounds.  It
      shall also perform such other and further duties as may be assigned to it
      from time to time by the Board of Directors.

             Swimming Pool Committee: It shall be the duty of the Swimming Pool
      Committee to prescribe rules and regulations governing the use of the
      swimming pool, splash pad, and its equipment by the members and their
      guests, subject to approval and ratification of the Board of Directors. The
      Committee shall work with club management to ensure members and
      guests are provided safe, high quality aquatic facilities and services with
      relevant programming.  It shall perform such other and further duties as
      may be assigned to it from time to time by the Board of Directors.
             Court Sports Committee: It shall be the duty of the Court Sports
      Committee to prescribe and enforce rules and regulations governing the
      use of the Club court sports facilities and properties, subject to the
      approval and ratification of the Board of Directors.  The Committee shall,
      work with club management to ensure members and guests are provided
      quality facilities, services and relevant programming.  It shall also perform
      such other and further duties as may be assigned to it from time to time by
      the Board of Directors.

            Golf Committee: It shall be the duty of the Golf Committee to prescribe
      and enforce the Club’s rules for golf, establish golf fees, and provide
      feedback to the relevancy of golf programming, including a handicap
      system, with club management, subject to the approval and ratification of
      the Board of Directors. It shall be the duty of the Golf Committee to
      establish tournament committees, as necessary, to assist club
      management in the governance of said tournaments. The Committee shall
      perform such other duties as may be assigned to it from time to time by
      the Board of Directors.

            Long Range Planning Committee: It shall be the duty of the Long
      Range Planning Committee to study, develop and maintain long term
      plans for the Club.  Plans shall be  comprehensive and shall include all
      facets of the Club, cover a minimum of 10 years and provide guidance for
      the Club to maintain relevance of products, services and facilities.  The
      Committee shall assist the Board of Directors and other committees in
      their work by conducting periodic surveys of the Membership and
      evaluating the resulting data with respect to Club usage, and industry
      trends.  It shall be the duty of the Long Range Planning Committee, from
      time to time, to review and make recommendations to the Board of
      Directors any revisions to the Club’s stated mission and objective as a
      basis for continuing to meet the Club’s future needs.
