required to be worn inside company vehicles or when
                    equipment has a cab.
                • Safety Glasses: Eye protection is necessary to protect against
chemical, environmental, radiological, or mechanical irritants
and hazards. It is a basic requirement for workers who are
                    working with or near machinery.
                • Safety Vests: Safety vests are very bright in color and
reflective allowing workers to be noticed easily. An
employee that wears a shirt, sweatshirt, coat, etc. that is both
highly visible and reflective are not required to wear a safety
vest unless they are working beside public roadways. If an
employee wears attire that is not highly visible, a safety vest
                    must be worn.

                • Hearing Protection: Exposure to loud noise kills the nerve
endings in the inner ear. Wherever it is not feasible to reduce
the noise level, ear protective devices shall be provided and
used. Ear protective devices inserted in or over the ear must
be fitted. Plain cotton inserted into the ear is not acceptable.

In addition to the above PPE, employees working at the following
jobsites are required to wear additional protective gear:
                • Oil/Gas Sites: Employees may be required to wear Fire
Resistant (FR) clothing on specific oil/gas job sites. This
includes pants, shirts, and/or coveralls. The company will
provide employees with FR clothing or employees purchase
the FR gear and will be reimbursed by the company after 90
days. Receipts must be provided to reimbursed. Company
credit cards are not to be used to purchase the FR Clothing
without prior approval from the Project Manager. Up to $250
will be reimbursed for a clothing allowance. Additional
reimbursement requests over $250 must be authorized by the
Project Manager or General Manager. The Company retains
                    ownership of this protective gear.
