anger expression tools to expand on your strength of anger impact awareness.

emotional charge in an angry moment to control your reaction. You seem to realize the feeling of
anger is different from the expression of anger. You may still need more healthy ways to be
assertive when communicating to your child when angry.

an impact on emotional and relational health. You can learn and master new ways to have a
healthier impact.
