P-3 CBP Supply Chain Manager
Supply Chain Manager for the United States Customs & Border Protection (CBP) P-3 Program Maintenance Contract.
Leads a team of 26 supply chain professionals (including ICP Operations Manager, Supply Operations Managers, Item
Managers, Subcontract Administrators, Logistics Financial Analyst, Supplier Quality Engineers, & Supply Technicians)
supporting two operational maintenance teams and responsible for over $45M in spare parts and inventory for the P-
3 fleet of aircraft at the CBP Operations Centers. Performance based contract with national security implications and
urgency of need readiness posture. Specifically:
• Implemented the Inventory Control Point (ICP) concept that enhanced the total supply chain management,
inventory, & quality for the program.
• Appraises vendor manufacturing capability through on-site visits, measurements, & analysis.
• Negotiates terms & conditions and prices with suppliers.
• Maintains working relationship with external customers: Naval Supply Activity (NAVSUP), DLA, DFAS, Fleet
Readiness Centers Southeast & Southwest (FRCSE/FRCSW), Warner-Robins Air Logistics Center (WR-ALC),
& CBP National Finance Center.
• Maintains working relationship with Lockheed Martin entities including Technical Operations, LM Regional
Managers, and Field Team Operations (FTO) Greenville SC.
• Team manages both Commercial and DOD MILSTRIP procurements.
• Operates the program from both SAP 4.6 and One Aero/6.0.
