Introduction
Projects can be defined as a specific set of operations that design to achieve one goal. Usually, a project must be
organized by more than one people that not necessarily from the same background and location. Some of the
team might come from across the borders to be part of the group to make the project done. Project management
means how the element of knowledge, tools, skills and techniques applied in the project to meet the requirement
and achieve the project goal.

There are sets of process involve in managing a project. PMI’s A Guide to the Project Management Body of
Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) identifies all the process involves including to innitiate the ideas among team
members, to plan how the project should be completed, executing the project as the planned, monitoring and
controlling all the unexpected gap between the process and closing the project with evaluation or post mortem
process to analyze the result.
