Project Management & Implementation in eLearning
Conclusion
As a conclusion, project management can be defined as a set of process that has been arranged to achieve the goal
with five components which are initiate idea, planning how to execute, execution phase, performance control and
close project phase. However, project management in eLearning are involve 7 phases including technical phase
which are planning, gathering content and information, instructional design strategy, storyboarding phase,
development and production, user testing and quality assurance and the final phase to integrate and deliver the
final project to client.
