This studied is explaining the theory of design thinking that include mode of thought and list of vocabularies that

represents the thoughts. This articles were written by Charles Burnette, is not as easy as we think to understand

each paragraph in a specific. In the first paragraph of introduction, the author explains about the concept and the

issues of the design thinking followed by introduction of seven modes of thought discussed in the whole article

with the list of vocabularies that reflect the modes. According to this article, the best solution to build and

empower community that can communicate and share knowldege with design thinking and purposeful thought is

by using the principle in modes of thought.

System vocabulary had been defined as the system that includes the way the thinking is processed, the thought

with purpose, the thought that evolve within issues, assumptions or multiple of views. In this article, seven mode

of thought has been provided with list of word that associates wih the mode. The modes are Intentional thought,

Referential thought, Relational thought, Formative thought, Procedural thought, Evaluative thought and

Reflective thought. Each of this thought comes with the list of words as reference.

The first thought explained was Intentional thought that normally used to address needs and desire in order to

achieve goals or actions. The intentional words provide such as needs, desires, goals, purpose, interests, attitudes,

priorities, improvement and so on. The second mode of thought is Referential thought. It can be described as

element that has meaningful or value to an intention that one will pay attention to the subject. This thought offers

the discrete thinking that relates to Relational thought.
