An energetic club with Rtn. Shiby Philip as President and Rtn. Regi.K.K as Secretary have several service
projects laid out for this Rotary Year. The tribes of Vattawada are benefited through the special project
of promoting various machines to help agriculture . The major ongoing Community service projects are
Rest rooms for tourists at Valara Waterfalls and providing buses for a College at Adimaly.

DD Rtn. Maj. Gen. Vivekanandan, AG Rtn. Joy.V.M and GGR Rtn. Babu Francis are a big support for the
club.

A small club of only 13 members but with the energy to move mountains. The club’s Strategy is “Love your
Environment”. With the support of Health Department the Club headed by the President Rtn. Scaria Jose and
Secretary Rtn. Varghese Joseph had organized a vaccination camp for 300 estate workers. The club has
planned for a seminar on waste management for the school students and to form nature and environment
clubs at various schools and colleges in the upcoming days. The future plans of the club are a series of
community service projects like drinking water facility at Mannakkudy Tribal Colony, Monthly food donation
to palliative patients and providing raincoats and umbrellas to the traffic police in Nedumkandam.
DD Rtn. Maj. Gen. Vivekanandan, AG Rtn. Joy.V.M and GGR Rtn. Jayan. M.Sebastian are doing a great job in
guiding this club.
