        105: Critical Regulatory and COVID Relief Update

        In the first quarter of 2021, Congress and the federal agencies have passed laws and issued regulato-
        ry guidance impacting employers across the country. This presentation reviews those changes, including
        clarifications to Section 125 guidance, benefits provisions of the American Rescue Plan, COBRA subsidies
        and expansion, and more. Attendees will learn about their obligations under these new rules as well as the
        information they need to relay to their employees.
